COIT Cleaning and Restoration

The vent system and area rug cleaning was worth every dollar spent. The techs knew their job and preformed it efficiently and professionally. Everyone from the first call to the end of the services were polite and professional. In a time when verbal communication is severely lacking, we appreciate speaking directly and meeting face to face the people coming into our home. We will defiantly be using COIT again.

I was pleasantly surprised that your technician was able to complete the process within two hours, I had expected an estimate and scheduling at a later date. He left everything clean and neat and really didn't disturb us at all. In addition, your scheduler was able to have someone out withing just a few days of my call. I'll use them again.

I booked my appointment today based on a previous experience. The technician I had yesterday didn't clean as well as done previously I felt. The carpet was 25 years old last time and literally came back to it's original look, this time our carpet was 1 and a half years old and looked half as good with less wear on the carpet itself. Previously it was barely damp when the tech had left and dried up within the hour, this time it took the whole day to dry up and we still have spots that are drying. The cost has also more than doubled, in 2020 we had paid under $200 for the same areas and this time we had kept a little extra in mind and planned on adding a rug or two depending on the estimate, it was almost over $500 with the rugs and so we agreed to just the hall, living and stairs for $343. Our initial service appointment was also canceled last minute which was very inconvenient for us. It's for these reasons we changed our mind about COIT even though we had loved our first service and had recommended them to all of our friends asking about good carpet cleaning companies.

Both the duct cleaner and the carpet cleaner showed up at the same time and were able to coordinate with each other which I greatly appreciated! Everything was done well and with efficiency. Henry and Jeff were very personable and deserve a 5 star rating as well!

We had our bathroom, with marble flooring and walls, cleaned by this company on Nov 6th. Unfortunately, the service fell extremely short of our expectations. There are several issues that need to be addressed: 1. Marble Floor Polish Removal: The chemicals used during the cleaning process have removed the polish from the marble floor, significantly damaging its shine and beauty. This is a distressing outcome, as one of the main purposes of the service was to enhance the appearance of our bathroom. 2. Inadequate Wall Cleaning: We were informed that your technician did not possess the necessary tools to clean grout from vertical walls, nor to apply a sealant. Instead, chemicals were applied to the walls, and they were not properly cleaned afterwards. This has resulted in unsightly streaks on the marble walls. 3. Overestimation of Square Footage: We received an inflated bill due to an overestimation of the square footage of the bathroom. This discrepancy in the billing process has left us dissatisfied with the overall experience. Also, when we scheduled the appointment we were given a range that was half this amount. 4. Incomplete Cleaning of Floor: The technician did not thoroughly clean all parts of the bathroom floor. As a result, there are noticeable disparities in cleanliness between the center and other parts of the floor. It is disheartening that not only did the technician fail to perform his job satisfactorily, but the overall condition of our bathroom was damaged as a result of the service provided. Given these circumstances, I had request a refund for the amount charged for the cleaning service. Even after one month the company has not responded to my email. This suggests that the company deliberately provides subpar service and does not respond to customer complaints. Please DO NOT USE this company. In response to the message below.
